The ROMAX NANO iJAW press jaw with contour >B< MaxiPro and various nominal diameters is an innovative press fitting system for refrigeration technology. ROMAX NANO iJAWs work quickly and safely, enabling refrigeration systems and heat pumps to be installed without the use of an open flame (brazing). The press jaw communicates reliably and in real time with the press machine via an integrated RFID sensor. This means that the respective NANO iJAW press jaw is clearly identified during use and the pressing operations performed are then stored directly on the jaw, even if it has been used on different NANO press machines. The data can then be read out, sent, and archived via the ROTHENBERGER app. An extended service life of the press jaw and precise pressing are achieved by the special, partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the press contour and a doubling of the press cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the press jaw over its entire service life is perfected by optimized corrosion protection. The synchronous mechanism makes opening the press jaw in daily use a breeze (one-finger operation).
